Amazing day fly fishing as a family “Our family had an incredible experience with Southern Rivers Patagonia Fly Fishing!! We fished two days and had amazing days both times. They were so good with our boys (ages 13,11,11) helping them with technique casting and just having fun. Once again, catching the close of season in the upper Limay River “There are several years that we travel together with my dad in search of the migratory browns of the Limay at the end of the season, and always with Lucas and his team of Southern Rivers. This particular year the river was hard, but thanks to the constant effort of the guide, who kept looking for them adjusting all the details, the river paid the effort with a beautiful migratory. Many thanks to all Southern Rivers, who not only make an immense effort to make fishing happen but also attend to every detail so that the days on the river are unmatched.”

Great Trout fishing in a great location, Bariloche, Patagonia “Fishing the Limay River and Lake Roca with Juan was a great experience, note was taken of my preference to fish dry where possible and the fish obliged. The scenery was spectacular and the water crystal clear, nothing was too much trouble and lunch was a gormet delight in fantastic settings. Streamers picked up larger fish, normal for the time of the year, with fish upto 7-8lbs. I would thoroughly recommend using Southern Rivers Patagonia if you plan to visit Bariloche.”

Incredible Patagonia fishing experience “Cannot recommend Lucas and Southern Rivers Patagonia more! My husband and I spent 3 days and 2 nights on the Collon Cura river with Lucas and his team, Lalo and Juan. Lucas brought an exceptional depth of knowledge of the river, region, and fishing. He managed to turn me, a novice, into a fisherman for a couple of days, while helping my husband, a hobbyist, deepen his skills. We must’ve caught 30+ fish. The tour was also organized beautifully - having the camps set up for us, a glass of wine by the river and a stunning meal, felt like quite the indulgence. The whole team was professional, affable, and well prepared, and we can’t wait to go back!!”
